Leadership Lunch Hour

Want to participate in a Leadership program but know that your schedule just will not allow it?  Wonder what Leadership programs are all about?  Join us for  the Leadership Lunch Hour series to get a practical “Leadership Lite” version of the big programs.  Obviously this is no substitute for the fantastic Leadership programs offered in your community – this session will set you up for more success in your current workplace and help you decide if one of the larger programs is a sound investment.

Lunch Topics will include

  • Understanding your personality type and how you interact with others
  • Effective Communication skills for the digital age
  • Identifying and leveraging a Target Market model
  • Prioritizing for effectiveness and success
  • Correcting the meeting madness – how to plan for and hold an effective meeting and eliminate the rest
  • Bringing balance to your workday
  • Understanding trust and building a high functioning team
  • Dealing with Difficult People
  • Understanding Charity in the current workforce model
  • Feedback – how to give AND receive effectively

Sessions will be provided over a Zoom webinar – pack your lunch and join us for 45 minutes of education, discussion and friendly debate.  Please note that some sessions may require work on your part outside of the session to maximize the benefit.  It is your responsibility to complete that work.
